We launched the “Cashback for Laser Vision Correction” program because the best way to share who we are is through our patients’ recommendations — and most importantly, through excellent post-procedure results.
This loyalty program is designed to benefit you: you get money back, and more people learn about the British Ophthalmology Center.
How the program works
If you have had laser vision correction with us, are happy with the outcome, and are ready to recommend our center to friends, relatives, or colleagues, you can join the program and receive a personalized referral card.
With this card, you can refer up to 20 people to the British Ophthalmology Center.
How much we refund
UAH 1,000 for each referred patient
For each patient you refer who undergoes laser vision correction at our center, we refund UAH 1,000.
Payments are made to the Partner’s bank account in an amount net of Ukrainian mandatory taxes (military levy and personal income tax), which are paid to the state budget.
Up to UAH 20,000 in refunds
The maximum refund amount under the program is up to UAH 20,000 (UAH 1,000 × 20 people).
Up to UAH 30,000 in total benefit
The total benefit of the program (for you and your friends) may reach up to UAH 30,000 — the combined value of refunds and discounts under the program terms.
Bonus for your friends
A patient who comes with your referral card receives:
- a UAH 500 discount on laser vision correction for both eyes
- the discount applies to any laser correction method
How to participate
- Receive your personalized referral card at the British Ophthalmology Center.
- Share the card with friends/acquaintances.
- The referred patient must present the card to the receptionist/registrar when opening a medical record for: “Primary diagnostic examination of all eye parameters with a doctor’s consultation.”
- After the referred patient completes laser vision correction, your bonus is credited.
Important: referral card/coupon rules
- The card (coupon) must be presented to the receptionist/registrar during registration for the primary diagnostic examination with a doctor’s consultation.
- The card/coupon must be clean and unmarked (no notes or writing), otherwise it becomes invalid.
- Handing out coupons on the center’s premises is strictly prohibited.
- Anyone violating the program rules or attempting to benefit through dishonest means may be removed from the program, and the coupons may be declared invalid.
Accounting and payment schedule
- The British Ophthalmology Center tracks referrals and pays bonuses monthly.
- Bonuses are paid to the Partner’s bank account from the 1th to the 30th of the month following the month in which the referred patients actually received the “Laser Vision Correction” service.
- If the Partner does not provide complete banking details at the time of signing the Agreement, no accrual or payment will be made.
